About me

I work at the intersection of psychology, personal development, and digital media, with a particular focus on self-differentiation and family systems work.

My mission is to bring self-differentiation into the mainstream by helping adults understand how family systems shape identity, emotional reactivity, and relationships, and how they can develop a solid sense of self. I believe self-differentiation is one of the most important psychological skills people can develop in the modern world.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the Hebrew University and Bar-Ilan University. Early in my career, I worked at a psychiatric center for teenagers struggling with severe emotional and behavioral challenges within their families. It remains one of the most fascinating and formative periods of my life.

Since 2021, I’ve been leading the growth and development of JerryWise.com, a platform that helps adults who grew up in dysfunctional family systems reclaim their true adult self through education, programs, and community. I’m also a co-creator of the Road to Self program and am currently co-authoring a book with Jerry Wise to be published by Penguin Random House in early 2027.

Over the years, I’ve also coached founders, CEOs, and thought leaders in developing greater self-differentiation in their leadership and lives (not taking new clients at this time).

A few personal things about me

• Born in New York, grew up in Israel, and based in Tel Aviv since 2015.
• The world knows me as Isaac, my childhood friends as Yitz, and my Israeli friends as Itzik.
• I travel frequently and visited 40+ countries. Some of my favorites so far are Morocco, Japan, Taiwan, and Vietnam, and I often return to Paris, Bali, and New York. My goal is to visit every country in my lifetime.
• My go-to hobbies are **reading, writing, Jeeping, and nature (**especially high mountains).
• I’m fascinated by all things related to human dynamics, Bitcoin, and tech.
• A lesser-known dream of mine is that one day I’ll become a race car driver. 🏁🏎️
